薛己运用六味丸的特色浅析

摘　　要：六味丸,即六味地黄丸,因其有滋补肾阴之功效,临床上常用来医治肾阴亏虚之证。明代医家薛己注重补肾,他认为肾之病证,不论寒热,均因肾虚所致,若是无水阴虚热证,当用六味丸以滋养肾水。通过对薛己多部著作进行分析总结,其运用六味丸的特色被归纳为壮水之主,以滋真阴;脾肾并重,滋其化源;肝肾同调,滋水涵木;朝夕分用,合力治之;创新应用,用方广泛等几个方面。薛己扩大了六味丸的应用范围,为六味地黄丸的传承与创新打下坚实基础,并给后世医家留下了宝贵经验。Liuwei pills,that is,Liuwei Dihuang pills,because of its effect of nourishing kidney yin,is often used in clinical treatment of deficiency of kidney yin syndrome.XUE Ji,a doctor in Ming dynasty,paid attention to tonifying the kidney.He thought that the syndrome of kidney disease,regardless of cold and heat,was caused by deficiency of kidney.If it is an yin deficiency-heat syndrome,it should be used to nourish the kidney edema.Through the summary of XUE Ji’s many works,it is found that the characteristics of the application of Liuwei pills are as follows:warm kidney yang and yin;attach importance to tonifying spleen and Kidney at the same time;tonifying and replenishing liver and kidney;use different drugs in the morning and evening,and work together to resist diseases and pathogens;the thinking of treatment is innovative and the prescription is widely used.XUE Ji has expanded the application range of Liuwei pills,laid a solid foundation for the inheritance and innovation of Liuwei Dihuang pills,and left valuable experience for future physicians.
