基于复杂网络分析中药人工周期治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的用药规律

摘　　要：目的通过现代文献研究分析中药人工周期治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的用药特点,为提高临床疗效提供依据。方法对2006-2015年的相关临床研究文献进行检索,应用Excel软件对不同周期所用中药建立数据库,运用中医复杂分析系统软件对所用中药进行复杂网络分析。结果纳入文献62篇,其中48篇分4期治疗,14篇分3期治疗。经后期治疗的核心药物有:菟丝子、熟地黄、山药、枸杞子、当归、山茱萸、白芍、女贞子、淫羊藿、何首乌;经间期治疗的核心药物有:当归、菟丝子、熟地黄、续断、淫羊藿、川芎、桃仁、红花、赤芍、丹参、香附;经前期治疗的核心药物有:菟丝子、淫羊藿、仙茅、巴戟天、肉苁蓉、当归、白芍、熟地黄、续断、枸杞子、山药;行经期治疗的核心药物有:当归、益母草、川芎、赤芍、香附、桃仁、泽兰、红花、熟地黄。结论通过复杂网络分析中药人工周期治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的用药规律,说明排卵障碍性不孕症病机是肝肾亏虚、血虚和血瘀。分期治疗:经后期补肝肾,滋阴养血;经间期补肝肾,行气活血;经前期补肾温阳养血;行经期以活血化瘀为主。为临床治疗提供了一定依据。Objective To analysis the rule of prescription for infertility due to disturbance of ovulation with Chinese medicine artificial cyclic therapy by modern clinical literature research to provide the basis for improving clinical therapeutic effect.Methods By searching the relative clinical literature of the year 2006-2015,a literature database is built up by Excel software for Chinese medicine with different period processed with complex networkanalysis by software.Results 62 articles is included,among which 48 articles with 4 periods,14 articles with 3 periods.Core herbs for post menstrual period:Tusizi,Shudihuang,Shanyao,Gouqizi,Danggui,Shanzhuyu,Baishao,Nvzhenzi,Yinyanghuo,Heshouwu;core herbs forintermenstrual period:Danggui,Tusizi,Shudihuang,Xuduan,Yinyanghuo,Chuanxiong,Taoren,Honghua,Chishao,Danshen,Xiangfu;core herbs for premenstrual period:Tusizi,Yinyanghuo,Xianmao,Roucongrong,Danggui,Baishao,Shudihuang,Xuduan,Gouqizi,Shanyao;core herbs for menstrual period:Danggui,Yimucao,Chuanxiong,Chishao,Xiangfu,Taoren,Zelan,Honghua,Shudihuang.Conclusion By analyzing the prescription rules for Infertility due to disturbance of ovulation with Chinese medicine artificial cyclic therapy,it is showed that the pathogenesis is efficiency of liver and kidney,blood deficiency and blood stasis.Treatment for post menstrual period is reinforcing liver and kidney,nourishing yin and blood;treatment for intermenstrual period is reinforcing liver and kidney,promoting circulation of qi and blood;treatment for premenstrual period is warmly invigorating kidney yang,nourishing blood;treatment for menstrual period is promoting circulation and removing stasis.
