宝心宁中药复方胶囊中黄芩苷含量的HPLC测定

摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法,以黄芩苷的含量为考察指标,建立宝心宁中药复方胶囊的含量测定方法。方法以甲醇-0.4%磷酸水=53:47为流动相;以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂的色谱柱;检测波长为280 mn。结果 HPLC测定黄芩苷呈良好的线性关系(在0.146 4 mg～1.830 0 mg范围内),回收率为103.59%,RSD为1.47%。结论宝心宁胶囊的黄芩苷HPLC测定法具有无干扰、重复性好、专属性强等特点。Objective Methods by high performance liquid chromatography,using the contents of Baicalin as the standard,to determine the content of Baoxinning capsules.Methods Using Octadecylsilane bonded silica as a filler of the chromatographic column,mobile phase:Methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid 53:47),mobile phase A was acetonitrile and 0.4% phosphoric acid was mobile phase B,with gradient elution;detection wavelength of the UV detector:280 nm.Results The sample quantity had good linear relationship in the range of 0.146 4 mg^1.830 0 mg,and the average recovery was 103.59%,RSD=1.47%.Conclusion The high performance liquid chromatography has strong specificity,good repeatability,and no significant interference.So it can be used to determine the content of Baoxinning capsules.
