摘　　要：目的探讨中医药与超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光结合治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法选取增生性瘢痕患者126例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组采用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中西医综合疗法进行治疗。治疗6个月后,对比2组患者临床疗效、疼痛评分、瘢痕评分等指标。结果观察组总有效率为95.24%,明显优于对照组的73.02%(P <0.05)。观察组患者的疼痛评分、治疗次数和瘢痕评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.01)。结论中药外敷结合电疗仪、超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光疗法能够有效提高增生性瘢痕临床疗效,改善患者的疼痛评分和瘢痕评分,减少治疗次数。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scar after burn.Methods 126 hypertrophic scar patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 63 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with ultrapulsed carbon dioxide laser dioxide laser.The observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the basis of the control group.After six months of treatment,the clinical efficacy,pain score and scar score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.02%,P<0.05).Pain scores,treatment times and scar scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine combined with ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scars can effectively improve the clinical efficiency,which can also reduce the pain scores,scar scores and the treatment times.
