摘　　要：《伤寒论》是一部阐述外感疾病治疗规律的专著,其组方严谨,用药精当,疗效显著,此书被后世称作"众方之祖"。为了更加深入理解和寻求仲景选方用药的精髓,进一步指导临床应用"经方"来合理治疗外感疾病。文章基于"方证相应"理论,以药物麻黄为研究对象,通过数据统计分析,探讨以麻黄为主的核心药物之间的配伍规律。研究结果揭示了麻黄的重要性以及在《伤寒论》中的重要地位,体现了中医对疾病的辨证论治思想,加深了对仲景选方用药精髓的理解。Shanghan Lun is a monograph on the law of treatment of exogenous diseases.Its prescription is rigorous,the medicine is fine,and the curative effect is remarkable.This book is honoured as ancestor of all prescriptions by generations of physicians.For a better understanding and exploring for the essence of drug selection by ZHANG Zhongjing and directing clinical practice to apply classical prescriptions properly in treatment of exogenous diseases,this article studies Herba Ephedrae and proceeds with statistical analysis based on correspondence of prescription and syndrome theory.It discusses compatibility rule of the core drugs which gives priority to Herba Ephedrae.The research result reveals the importance of Herba Ephedrae and its essential role in Shanghan Lun.It reflects the differential treatment of TCM on disease,and deepens the understanding of the essence of drug selection by ZHANG Zhongjing.
