按摩手法联合补气养阴通络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变

摘　　要：目的探讨按摩手法联合自拟补气养阴通络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表的方法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采取常规干预方法治疗,观察组采取在常规治疗方法基础上,配合按摩手法联合自拟补气养阴通络方进行治疗,按摩患者的足三里、阴陵泉、三阴交、涌泉等穴位,40 min/次,并联合自拟补气养阴通络方配合治疗,穴位按摩和补气养阴通络方,1次/d。分别对患者的治疗前后震动感觉阈值、血糖指标、中医证候积分进行客观比较。结果观察组患者治疗后的震动感觉阈值各指标显著优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组患者治疗后血糖指标均优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候积分变化比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论按摩手法联合自拟补气养阴通络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,能够有效降低患者的神经病变速率,进一步促进患者病情的恢复,具备推广优势。Objective To explore the clinical effect of massage manipulation combined with self-made tonifying qi,nourishing yin and dredging collaterals on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table.The routine intervention method was adopted to the control group.In the observation group,on the basis of the routine treatment method,combined with massage manipulation and self-madetonifying qi,nourishing yin and dredging collaterals decoction were used for the treatment group.Massage on the acupoints of Zusanli,Yinlingquan,Sanyinjiao and Yongquan,40 minutes each time,combined with self-madetonifying qi,nourishing yin and dredging collaterals decoction once a day.Before and after treatment,the shock sensation threshold,blood glucose index and TCM syndrome integral were compared objectively.Results After comparison,the indexes of vibration sensation threshold of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The blood glucose indexes of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In addition,there was significant difference in TCM syndrome integral data(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage manipulation combined withself-madetonifying qi,nourishing yin and dredging collaterals decoction in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively reduce the rate of neuropathy,further promote the recovery of the patient’s condition,and has the advantage of popularization.
