摘　　要：急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)是危重症医学领域严重威胁患者生命的常见病之一,发病率和病死率高,目前对本病尚无特效的治疗方法。近年来中医药治疗ALI/ARDS的临床研究及动物实验不断深入,并取得一定成果。该文回顾近年来中医药对ALI/ARDS治疗的研究进展,为中药治疗ALI/ARDS提供理论依据及临床思路,对指导基础研究及临床实践具有较大意义。Acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome(ALI/ARDS)is a common disease that seriously threatens the life of patients in critical care medicine.It has high morbidity and mortality.At present,there is no specific treatment for this disease.In recent years,the clinical research and animal experiments of Chinese medicine for the treatment of ALI/ARDS have been deepened,and some achievements have been made.In this paper,we reviewed the progress of TCM treatment of ALI/ARDS in recent years,providing theoretical basis and clinical thinking for TCM treatment of ALI/ARDS,which is of great significance for guiding basic research and clinical practice.
