摘 要:目的 :研究干旱地区气象因素与常见传染病的关系。方法 :选择辽宁省朝阳市作为研究对象 ,收集1981-1994年急性传染病发病资料以及同期气象因子资料 ,建立数据库 ,应用SPSS 10 .0统计软件进行常见传染病的发病率与气象条件的相关及多元逐步回归分析。结果 :消化道传染病细菌性痢疾的发病率与年平均气压、平均降水量、平均蒸发量和平均最低地温相关 ,伤寒的发病率与年平均气压、平均蒸发量相关 ;呼吸道传染病流脑和麻疹的发病率与年平均气压、平均降水量和平均蒸发量相关 ,百日咳的发病率与年平均气压和平均蒸发量相关 ;虫媒传染病斑疹伤寒的发病率与年平均气温和平均地面温度相关。结论 :朝阳地区常见传染病的发病率与气压、气温、降水量和蒸发量有密切的关系 。Objective:To investigate the relationship between met eo rological factors of drought andincidence of common infectious diseases.Methods: The data of incidence ofinfectious diseases andmeteor ological factors in drought area from 1981 to 1994 were collected and analyzed b y using SPSSfor windows,version 10.0. Results:The incidenc e of bacillary dysentery was correlated to annual mean atmospheric pressure, ann ual mean precipitation,annual mean evaporation, and annual mean minimum ground t emperature .The incidence of typhoid fever was correlated to annual mean atmosph eric pressure and annual mean evaporation.The incidences of epidemic cerebrospin al meningitis and measles were correlated to annual mean atmospheric pressure, a nnual mean precipitation, and annual mean evaporation. The incidence of pertussi s was correlated to annual mean atmospheric pressure and annual mean evaporation . The incidence of endemic typhus was correlated to annual mean temperature andannual mean ground temperature. Conclusion: The incidence of c ommon infectious diseases was correlated to atmospheric pressure, temperature, p recipitation, andevaporation. Different meteorological factors have differenteffects on infectious diseases.
