摘 要:目的识别、分析某大型系列液压挖掘机技改项目职业病危害因素并进行控制效果评价。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验法等方法进行定性和定量评价。结果经现场调查、检测、分析,该项目除个别监测点粉尘、噪声超过国家职业卫生标准外,其他职业病危害因素均控制在国家职业卫生标准范围内。结论该建设项目职业卫生状况基本达到国家职业卫生标准,该企业的职业病危害控制措施基本有效,但应该加强个别工作场所粉尘、噪声的控制措施。Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards and evaluate the control effect of a technical innovation project with large series of hydraulic excavators. Methods Both quantitative method and qualitative method were carried out for evaluation. of work- site investigation,checklist and chemical detection were employed for analyzing. Results The main occupational hazards factors were controlled under the national occupational health standards; while the noise and the dust in some monitoring points exceeded the national standards. Conclusion The status of occupational safety and hygiene in the project can basically meet the national occupational standards except that some noise hazards existed in some work- sites. More effective measures should be taken to control the noise and the dust.
