摘 要:目的研究科技人员职业紧张与疲劳水平之间的关系,为有效控制职业紧张,预防疲劳的发生提供理论依据。方法采用工作内容量表JCQ、疲劳量表测试科研技术人员的职业紧张、疲劳状况。结果不同职业紧张类型科技人员躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳和总疲劳得分之间存在差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05),高紧张型的疲劳得分最高。不同职业紧张类型科技人员的疲劳程度明显不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高紧张型中高度疲劳比例最高。结论不同职业紧张类型科技人员的疲劳程度不同,表现为高紧张型的个体更倾向于发生疲劳。Objective To explore the relationship of occupational stress and fatigue in scientific researchers.Methods A test of occupational stress and fatigue was measured with Job Content Questionnaire( JCQ) and Fatigue Scale in the scientific researchers. Results Statistical significances were found in the mean score of physical fatigue,mental fatigue and the total among different occupational stress type( P < 0. 05),and the mean scores of high strain was the highest. The fatigue degree was statistically different in different types of occupation stress( P < 0. 05),and the severe fatigue people were the most in high strain group. Conclusion For different types of occupation stress,the fatigue degree is accordingly different. Researchers with high strain tends to fatigue.
