摘 要:目的对比库页悬钩子茎杆及果实中挥发油的化学成分,并对其抗氧化能力进行评价。方法采用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取库页悬钩子茎杆和果实中的挥发油,使用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)获得总离子流图,各色谱峰相应的质谱图经过NIST11.L标准谱库检索定性,并采用峰面积归一化法进行定量分析,计算各成分的相对百分含量;利用2,2-二苯基-1-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)法对库页悬钩子挥发油进行抗氧化活性测试。结果 GC-MS结果显示,从库页悬钩子茎杆和果实挥发油中共鉴定出153个化合物,茎杆挥发油中主要成分为氧化芳樟醇(7.25%)、棕榈酸(5.82%)、乙基苯(5.35%)、糠醛(5.33%)、己醛(4.07%)等;果实挥发油中主要成分为糠醛(16.53%)、氧化芳樟醇(3.80%)、芳樟醇(3.03%)、亚油酸(2.96%)、红没药醇(2.77%)等;当DPPH浓度为50μmol·L-1时,库页悬钩子茎杆和果实挥发油的IC50值分别为0.06 mg·mL-1和1.50 mg·mL-1。结论库页悬钩子茎杆和果实挥发油中共鉴定出153个化合物,相同成分有34种,茎杆和果实挥发油的化学成分及含量差异较大;茎杆挥发油的抗氧化作用强于果实的抗氧化作用,茎杆挥发油具有较强的抗氧化活性。Objective To analyze the volatile constituents of essential oils from stem and fruit of Rubus sachalinensis Lévl.,and evaluate their antioxidant activities.Methods The volatile oils of stem and fruit from Rubus sachalinensis Lévl.were extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE);the volatile constituents of essential oils were analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and the antioxidant activity of the essential oils was evaluated using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picryl-hydrazyl(DPPH)assay.Results One hundred and fifty-three compounds were identified by matching the mass spectra with those from NIST2011 Libraries.The main components were linalool oxide(7.25%),palmitic acid(5.82%),ethylbenzene(5.35%),furfural(5.33%),hexanal(4.07%),in the stem volatile oil;and furfural(16.53%),linalool oxide(3.80%),linalool(3.03%),linoleic acid(2.96%),alpha-bisabolol(2.77%)in the fruit volatile oil.The IC50 values of the essential oils of stem and fruit from Rubus sachalinensis Lévl.for 50μmol·L-1 DPPH solution were 0.06 mg·mL-1 and 1.50 mg·mL-1,respectively.Conclusion A total of 153 components have been identified from the volatile oils of the stem and fruit of Rubus sachalinensis Lévl.,including 34 common components.Chemical components of volatile oil from the stem significantly varied from those from the fruit.The volatile oil from stem showed higher antioxidant capacity than the oil from fruit.
