摘　　要：基于数据挖掘技术分析林培政教授治疗岭南地区原发性头痛的用药规律。收集岭南温病学派代表医家林培政教授治疗原发性头痛近2年内门诊处方,借助SPSS 24.0、IBM SPSS Modeler 18计算机软件对处方进行用药频数分析、聚类分析、高频用药关联规则分析等,并结合林培政教授本人学术观点,分析药物使用频次、配伍规律等。数据挖掘结果表明,205首处方中使用频次在20%以上的中药共40味;聚类分析可将高频使用中药聚为10类;关联规则分析显示,法夏-天麻为较常用药对,与柴胡、白芍、白术、合欢皮组成较常用的角药。结合温病学湿热证之理论与岭南地区的气候特点,以及当地人的风俗饮食习惯,林教授对于头痛的辨治,主要治则为调气化痰,疏风活血,滋肾平肝,且重视祛风类药物的使用。To explore the medication rule of Professor Lin Peizheng in treating primary headaches through data mining technique.The clinical cases in recent two years of Professor Lin Peizheng,Lingnan febrile school,were collected,and the medication rule was analyzed by software of SPSS 24.0,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.Two hundred and five cases of medical records in the diagnosis and treatment of primary headaches were selected according to inclusion criteria and analyzed.The data mining results showed that there were 40 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines in 205 prescriptions,which were used more than 20%of the time.Most frequently used Chinese traditional medicine were clustered into ten categories.Association rule analysis showed that Faxia-Tianma was the most commonly used drug pair,and they were mostly accompanied with Bupleuri radix,Paeoniae radix alba,largeheaded Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizome and Albiziae cortex.Combined with the theory of heat and dampness syndrome,the climate characteristics of Lingnan region,and the local customs and dietary habits,Professor Lin’s main therapeutic rule for headache is to regulate qi and reduce phlegm,to dispel wind and promote blood circulation,to nourish kidney and balance liver,and emphasize the use of wind-dispelling drugs.
