摘 要:为解决新桥矿含硫全尾砂浆体黏度大、易结块以及管道输送性能差的问题,将发泡技术引入全尾砂胶结充填配浆实验中,研究灰砂比、质量分数和气泡率的变化对浆体流变性能的影响。基于Fluent的充填管道输送流速和压力变化模拟,对三相流态充填体的输送性能进行分析。结果表明:灰砂比为1:6、质量分数为72%、气泡率为20%时,三相流态充填浆体较同配比不含气泡的两相流态浆体泌水率降低29%,黏度降低17%,管道沿程阻力降低25%。气相成分的加入在降低含硫高黏性充填浆体的剪切应力和塑性黏度以及改善其管道输送性能和提升管道输送效率方面具有显著的优越性。In order to improve transportability of its high sulphur content crude tailings with such bad features as high viscosity and easily caking, foaming agent was used in cemented crude tailings backfill test in Xinqiao Pyrite Mine. Influences of cement-tailings-ratio, mass fraction of slurry and bubble rate of foaming agent on rheological properties of backfill slurry were studied, and correspondence of rheological properties of backfill slurry to slurry velocity and pressure within the transporting pipe was simulated based on Fluent software. The results show that dewatering proportion, viscosity and friction loss of backfill slurry with cement-tailings ratio of 1:6 and mass fraction of 72%can be reduced by 29%, 17%and 25%, respectively, if foaming agent with bubble rate of 20%is added. Therefore, pipeline transportability of high sulphur content crude tailings backfill slurry can be greatly improved, and its pipeline transporting efficiency can be obviously raised by addition of gas phase material owing to the reduction of the viscosity and shear stresses.
