摘 要:目的 探讨移植肾动脉狭窄 (TRAS)的血管造影诊断价值。资料与方法 回顾性分析 2 5例TRAS患者的血管造影表现 ,并根据狭窄的部位以及狭窄对介入治疗方法的影响进行分型。结果 2 5例TRAS患者 ,动脉造影共显示了 36处狭窄。狭窄程度为 5 0 %~ 95 % [(77.7± 13.1) % ],长度为 0 .2~ 3.2cm[(0 .8± 0 .6 )cm]。属Ⅰ型狭窄 (移植肾动脉开口部狭窄 ) 14例 ,Ⅱ型狭窄 (移植肾动脉主干狭窄 ) 6例 ,Ⅲ型狭窄 (移植肾内动脉分支狭窄 ) 5例。结论 通过血管造影明确TRAS的类型 。Objective To evaluate angiography in the diagnosis of transplanted renal artery stenosis (TRAS).Materials and Methods Angiographic manifestations in 25 patients with TRAS were retrospectively analyzed. Based on the stenotic site and the influence of stenosis type on the results of interventional therapy, a classification of stenosis was proposed.Results On angiogaph, 36 stenoses in 25 patients were found. The stenotic severity was 50%~90% (77.7%±13.1%) and the length of the stenosis was 0.2~3.2 cm (0.8 cm±0.6). Fourteen cases were classified as type Ⅰ (the orifice of the transplanted renal artery being stenosed), 6 cases as type Ⅱ (the main stem of the transplanted renal artery being stenosed), and 5 cases as type Ⅲ (the transplanted intra-renal arterial branches being stenosed).Conclusion Determination of the type of TRAS by angiography provides important information for selecting suitable interventional management and for predicting technical success.
