巴曲酶联合金纳多治疗突发性耳聋的疗效及对血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨巴曲酶联合金纳多治疗突发性耳聋的疗效及对血流动力学的影响。方法 :按随机数字表法将我院2014年1月-2016年1月收治的208例突发性耳聋患者分为两组,各104例。对照组静脉滴注巴曲酶(5 u,首剂加倍,隔天治疗1次);观察组在对照组基础上静脉滴注金纳多(70 mg,qd),比较两组治疗效果及不良反应,并观察两组治疗前后凝血功能及血流动力学变化。结果 :观察组用药总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分活血凝血酶时间(APTT)均高于对照组,纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度及红细胞压积水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :在突发性耳聋治疗中,采取巴曲酶联合金纳多治疗的效果显著,改善患者血流动力学,且用药安全。Objective:To explore the effect of batroxobin combined with ginaton in the treatment of sudden deafness and its influence on hemodynamics. Methods:208 patients with sudden deafness treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were divided into two groups according to the random number table, 104 cases in each group. Control group was given batroxobin(5 u, doubling the first dose, 1 times the next day), observation group was given ginaton(70 mg, qd) on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared, and the changes of coagulation function and hemodynamics were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), the levels of prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) of the observation group were higher than those of control group, and the fibrinogen, the plasma viscosity and hematocrit of observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Batroxobin combined with ginaton in treatment of sudden deafness has significant effect, which can improve the hemodynamics of the patients, and the drug is safety.
