摘  要:目的 :探讨血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-h CG)、雌二醇(E_2)、肌酸激酶(CK)联合子宫内膜厚度在早期异位妊娠(ectopic pregnancy,EP)鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法 :选取2014年10月-2016年11月我院妇产科收治的110例EP患者为观察组,另随机选取110例同期来我院体检的宫内早孕患者为对照组,比较两组各检测指标的水平,分析单项及联合检测对异位妊娠的鉴别价值。结果 :与宫内早孕组比较,异位妊娠组血清β-h CG、E_2、子宫内膜厚度显著降低,CK显著升高(P<0.05);各指标联合检测的敏感度、特异性及诊断符合率分别为81.8%,92.7%,87.3%,明显高于β-h CG、E_2、CK、子宫内膜厚度任一单项检测(P<0.05)。结论 :血清β-h CG、E_2、CK、子宫内膜厚度与EP密切相关,联合检测对于明确诊断以及治疗方案的选择具有一定指导意义。Objective:To investigate the value of serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)、estradiol(E_2)、creatine kinase(CK) combined with endometrial thickness in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy(EP). Methods:110 cases of EP were selected from October 2014 to November 2016 in the department of gynecology and obstetrics as the observation group, the other 110 cases of patients with intrauterine pregnancy were selected randomly as control group. The detection indexes of two groups were compared, and the differential diagnosis value of single detection and combined detection in ectopic pregnancy were analyzed. Results:Compared with those of intrauterine pregnancy group, the serum β-hCG, E_2 and endometrial thickness were decreased significantly in the ectopic pregnancy group, and CK was significantly increased(P<0.05), The sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic coincidence rate of each index in combined detection were 81.8%, 92.7% and 87.3%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of β-hCG, E_2, CK and endometrial thickness in any single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum β-hCG, E_2, CK and endometrial thickness are closely related to early ectopic pregnancy. Combined detection has certain guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment options.
