摘  要:在Gleeble-1500热模拟机上对KFC铜合金在应变速率为0.01~10s-1、变形温度为650~850℃条件下的流变应力进行了研究。结果表明:在实验范围内,KFC铜合金热压缩变形过程中发生明显的动态再结晶;用Zener-Hol-lomon参数的双曲对数函数能较好的描述KFC铜合金高温变形时的流变应力行为;所获得的应变速率ε解析表达式中,参数lnA1、n和α值分别为31.1s-1、6.08和0.017MPa-1;其热变形激活能Q为288.79kJ/mol;定量描述了溶质原子对不同纯度铜热变形激活能的影响,并建立了相应关系式。The flow stress of KFC copper alloy was investigated in the temperature range from 650℃ to 850℃ and at strain rate range from 0.01s^(-1) to 10 s^(-1) on Gletble-1 500 test machine. The experimental results show that dynamic recrystallization occur in evidence during hot compression deformation of KFC copper alloy in the range of experiments. The flow stress of KFC copper alloy during high temperature can be represented by a Zener-Hollomon parameter in the hyperbolic-sine-type equation. lnA1 、n and α in the analytical expressions of are fitted to be 31.1s^(-1)、6.08 and 0.017 MPa^(-1) respectively. The hot deformation activation energy of KFC copper alloy during hot deformation is 288.79 kJ/mol. There are the effect of solute atoms on quantitative response of deformation activation energy in different purities of copper and the response relation has been derived.
