摘 要:应用循环伏安法、线性扫描伏安法和控制电位电解库仑法对氟苯尼考的电化学行为进行了研究。在0 .2mol/LNaOH NaH2 PO4(pH =7.6 )缓冲液中 ,对其进行扫描 ,发现于 - 0 .886V (vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的还原峰 ,其峰电流与氟苯尼考的浓度在 1.0× 10 -5~ 7.0× 10 -4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 .9994 ) ;检出限为 1.0× 10 -6mol/L。对 1.0× 10 -4mol/L氟苯尼考溶液进行 10次平行实验 ,RSD为 0 .3%。实验结果表明 :氟苯尼考在极谱电极上有吸附性质 ;求得了电极反应的电子转移数为 2 ;The electrochemical behavior of florfenicol was studied by using cyclic voltammetry, linear scanning voltammetry and bulk electrolysis with coulometry. In a base solution of 0.2 mol/L NaOH-NaH 2PO 4 at pH7.6, florfenicol produced a sensitive reduction peak. The peak potential was -0.886 V(vs.SCE). The linear relation holds between the peak current and the florfenicol concentration in the range from 1.0×10 -5 mol/L to 7.0×10 -4 mol/L(r = 0.9994) with the detection limit of 1.0×10 -6 mol/L.The relative standard deviation of 1.0×10 -4 mol/L florfenicol for10 parallel determinations was 0.3%. The peak also showed adsorptive characteristics. In addition to the number of electrons transferred in the reaction was caculated. Furthermore a possible mechanism of electrode reduction was discussed.
