摘 要:在琼脂固溶体电解质和 0 .1mol/LNaOH 0 .1mol/LKCl底液中 ,研究了糖精钠在玻碳电极上的电化学行为。糖精钠在 - 186 4mV(vs.SCE)产生了二阶微分线性扫描伏安峰 ,并用红外光谱和紫外光谱对电极产物进行了初步鉴定 ,提出了糖精钠在玻碳电极上的还原机理。该方法应用于饮料中糖精钠的测定 ,线性范围为 2 0 .0~ 70 0 .0mg/L ;检出限 10 .0mg/L ;其加标回收率和样品测定RSD(n =6 )分别为 98.2 %~ 10 2 .2 %和1 2 %~ 2 .8%。Voltammetric behavior of sodium saccharin in 0.1 mol/L KCl-0.1 mol/L NaOH base solution and in its solid solution of agar electrolyte on glassy carbon electrode was studied. The peak of sodium saccharin was found at -1864 mV (vs.SCE) by the second derivative linear scanning voltammetry. The products of electrolyte were identified by infrared absorption spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectrophotometry, the mechanism of the electrode reaction on glassy carbon electrode was discussed and this method has been applied to the determination of sodium saccharin in drinks. A linear relationship between the concentration of sodium saccharin and the peak current was in the range of 20~700.0 mg/L, the detection limit was found to be 10 mg/L, the recoveries and relative standard deviation were 98.2%~102.20% and 1.2~2.8%, respectively.
