摘 要:报道了壳聚糖作在线微柱预富集柱填料 ,流动注射与火焰原子光谱联用 (FI FAAS)测定痕量Pd的方法。当采样体积 13.5mL时 ,采样频率 2 7/h ,富集倍数 4 9倍 ,线性范围 0 .0 1~ 0 .4mg/L ,检出限 (3s,n =11) 1.4μg/L ,相对标准偏差 1.2 6 % (CPd=0 .2mg/L ,n =11)和 4 .0 % (CPd=0 .0 5mg/L)。初步探讨了该过程的吸附机理。将该方法用于催化剂样品中痕量Pd的测定 。A new method for the determination of trace amounts of palladium by flow injection on-line preconcentration on a polytetrafluoroethylene microcolumn packed with chitosan coupled with flame atomic absorption spectrometry has been established. Palladium was mixed on-line with KSCN and then preconcentrated on chitosan in the form of Pd(SCN) 2- 4. The preconcentration factor was found to be 49 at a sample volume of 13.5 mL and sampling frequency of 27 h -1. The linear range was 0.01~0.4 mg/L. Detection limit(3S)of this method was 1.4 μg/L. RSD obtained by testing at concentration level of 0.2 and 0.05 mg/L for 11 times , were 1.3% and 4.0% respectively. Satisfactory results were obtained in the determination of trace amounts of palladium in catalyst samples. Preliminary discussion about sorption mechanism has been done in the paper.
