摘 要:针对某款乘用车进气噪声大的问题,对发动机进气噪声频谱特性进行了研究,然后针对主要消声元件空气滤清器采用一维和三维方法进行声学特性对比分析,验证了建模的正确性,并根据分析结果优化了空气滤清器的结构,增大其中低频段的消声能力。优化后再次进行声学特性分析和试验验证,结果表明优化后的进气噪声低于目标值,进气背压3.1 k Pa低于原始值3.4 k Pa,满足目标要求。Aiming at the large intake noise of a passenger car,the noise characteristics of the engine intake noise were studied. The acoustic characteristics of air filter of the main noise elimination part were compared using the one-dimensional and three-dimensional methods to verify the analysis. The structure of the air filter was optimized to increase the muffling capacity of the low frequency band. After optimization,acoustic characteristics analysis and experimental verification were conducted again.The results show that the optimized intake noise is lower than the target value and meet the requirement that the inlet pressure drop( measured as 3. 1 k Pa) should be no higher than the original value( 3. 4 k Pa in this case).
