摘　　要：以烤烟云烟85叶片诱导的愈伤组织为材料,通过不同的激素浓度配比进行试验,研究其体细胞胚胎的发生能力。结果表明:云烟85体胚诱导的最高频率为61.1%,其体细胞胚发生的最佳激素配比是NAA2.0mg/L,BA0.2mg/L,从诱导出的体胚中观察到体胚几个主要发育阶段。Somatic embryogenesis and plant regeneration were studied from induced calli of flue-cured tobacco leaves. Factors that influencing on the somatic embryogenesis of flue-cured tobacco (cv. Yunyan?85) were also studied. The results showed that the maximum frequency of somatic embryogenesis was 61.1% for Yunyan?85; the only culture medium for somatic embryogenesis of Yunyan?85 was MS medium supplemented with NAA(2.0?mg/L),BA(0.5?mg/L) and 2.0% sucrose. Multiple morphology of somatic embryo was also observed.
