剑杆引纬机构的传动规律研究

摘　　要：通过对典型的正置空间曲柄摇杆引纬机构的动力学分析 ,研究了在摇杆最大摆角为 3 0°时 ,输出杆长度取不同的值时输出杆的结构压力角变化规律 ,选出了能满足传动性能要求的较佳机构参数。同时指出机构尚存在的有待进一步研究的问题。On the basis of the analysis of the spatial mechanism of the typical orthogonal crank-rocking lever for the weft insertion in rapier looms,the mechanism pressure-angle variety are studied when the maximum swing angle of rocking level is equal to 30° and the length of outputting level has different values,and the optimum parameters suitable for motion transmission are ascertained.At the same time requisties for further investigation are mentioned.
