摘　　要：本文以并捻联合机为对象 ,在保证纱线处理质量的前提下 ,设计了能测量锭子和罗拉转速 ,并能控制锭子转速的闭环系统。借助于PLC、变频器组成的该控制系统 ,实现了捻度的调控。Under the premise that the quality of yarns is assured,this article regards the associated machine of mergine and entwine and designs a closed-loop system,which not only can measure the speeds of spindle and roller,but also can control the speed of spindle.This system is composed of the PLC and the changeable frequency transducer,by which the control of the twisting grade is realized.
