第二产程刺激乳头对产妇及新生儿的影响

摘　　要：目的探索刺激乳头对分娩的影响 ,寻找缩短产程 ,减少产后出血量 ,利于产后新生儿早吸吮 ,促进新生儿健康成长的护理方法。方法将 2 0 0例临产后进入第二产程的初产妇随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组各 10 0例。对照组按照常规的护理执行 ,实验组另接受有节奏地刺激乳头 ,观察两组产程的时间、产后出血量、新生儿阿氏评分、产后新生儿早吸吮等指标。结果实验组第二、第三产程缩短 ,产后出血量明显减少 ,产后新生儿早吸吮成功率高 ,两组比较有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,新生儿阿氏评分两组无差异。结论提示助产士在临产妇进入第二产程应用刺激乳头的方法 ,能够减少产妇的痛苦 ,缩短产程 ,利于产后恢复 。Objective To study the effect on delivery by stimulating nipple, and to find out the nursing method for reducing postpartum bleeding, helping neonate sucking breast and enhance neonate growth well. Method 200 cases of pregnancy women in their second birth process were divided into experimental and control group. Control group (100 cases ) was given routine nursing, experimental group (100 cases ) was given routine nursing plus rhythmical stimulating nipple. Indicators, such time for delivery, volume of postpartum bleeding, neonate Ar’s score, neonate sucking etc, were observed and compared between the two group. Results Compared with control group, the time for second and third birth process were shortened, reducing in postpartum bleeding and high rate of neonate sucking were observed in experimental group, there is significant difference between the two group ( P <0.05) . there is no significant difference in Ar’s score between the two. Conclusion Stimulating nipple will be helpful in shortening birth process, reducing postpartum bleeding and improving neonate sucking. Stimulating nipple during second birth process will reducing the pain, shortening birth process and good for postpartum recovery and breastfeeding.
