沟通理论模式在神经外科失语病人中的运用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨沟通理论在神经外科失语病人中的运用价值。方法对我院神经外科收治的 2 8例神志清楚的失语患者运用恰当语言交流、自制图片、自编手语暗号和提供写字板等形式与病人沟通。结果 89%的病人表示能清楚地表达所需 ,对护理工作的满意达 96 %。结论良好的沟通不仅能减少病人紧张、烦躁的情绪 ,满足病人身心的需要 ,也有利于病情的康复。Objective To investigate the role of communicative theory patterns with aphasia patients in neurosurgery.Methods 28 clearmindedness patients with aphasia in neurosurgery received communicative patterns with use of appropriate lingual communication,self-made picture card,gesture language and proving tablet.Results 89% of cases could properly express their will and need,and the satisfied rate responded to nursing work up to 96%.Conclusion Establishing the efficient communicative patterns not only may be help to release the tension and agitation and to need the body and mind demand,but also may be help to recover in patients.
