男性尿袋临床应用的效果差异分析

摘　　要：目的为男性尿失禁患者选择理想的尿袋接尿 ,以减少局部并发症及护理工作量。方法在广西医科大学一附院、广西区人民医院使用 ,选择 12 5例尿失禁男性患者 ,分为三组 ,分别使用三种不同的尿袋 ,每天观察患者的局部皮肤改变情况、漏尿、脱落情况 ,对观察资料进行灰色关联度和t检验统计分析。结果 (1)使用改进后的新型尿袋皮肤改变率最低、保鲜膜袋较高、避孕套式尿袋最高 ;(2 )溢 (漏 )尿率最低为避孕套式尿袋和新型尿袋 (二者无明显差异 )、保鲜膜袋较高 ;(3)尿袋脱落率 (包括患者拒绝而自行扯下来的 )为新型尿袋最低、保鲜膜袋较高、避孕套式尿袋最高。均经过差异显著性检验 ,信度水平P <0 .0 5。结论为男性尿失禁患者摆脱了插尿管留置的痛苦 ,价廉 。Objective To investigate the different effects of three kinds of man urine bag in clinical practice. Methods 125 man of example urinary incontinence patients were randomly divided into three groups by using 3 kinds of different urine bag respectively, measured by the some skinses of patient change situation, leak urine, come off situation and count urine white blood cells ,the watching materials were carried on texamine statistical and analysis grey related ones. Results (1)New-type urine bag after improving most low rate who changes skin, keep-fresh membrance ones relatively high, condom-type urine ones most high; keep fresh membrance ones relatively high, condom-type urine ones most high ;(2) Leak urine in New-type urine bags and condom-type urine ones was lower(with no sinifigantly difference), keep-fresh membrance ones relatively high; (3)At come off urine situation new-type urine bag was most low, the keep-fresh membrenceone was relatively high, condom-type urine ones was most high.It undergoes difference remarkable quality inspections ,P<0.05.Conclusions The New-type urine bag( cloth lead urine one) could be the patients of man urinary incontinence ideal urine bag.
