721型分光光度计测定肿瘤相关物质的性能判断

摘　　要：目的采用 72 1型分光光度计 ,测定待诊恶性肿瘤病人血清中肿瘤相关物质 (TSGF)。对 72 1型分光光度检测TSGF方法的可行性进行判断。方法用福建新大陆生物技术有限公司TSGF药盒 ,72 1分光光度计测定。结果随机选择 10 0例待诊恶性肿瘤病人血标本 ,测定其血清中TSGF浓度。阳性 85例 (病理切片诊断为恶性肿瘤 ) ,阳性率为 85 % ,阴性 15例中 11例经病理切片诊断为恶性肿瘤。,结论用 72 1型分光光度计测定血清TSGF浓度具有较高的特异性 (10 0 % )敏感性 (88 5 % ) ,有效性 (89 0 % ) ,且具有设备简单 ,操作方便 ,结果可靠 ,成本低的特性。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of 721 spectrophotometer in detecting the content of tumor supplied group of factor (TSGF) in patients serum,which may be the malignant tumor patients. Methods The TSGF content in 100 serum samples from patients before clinical diagnose definitely were detected by 721 spectrophotometer.And the direction form TSGF reagent box for details seeing. Results Among 100 serum,85 serum were positive (85%),and all of them were malignant tumor serum verified by pathology sections(TP);15 serum were negative and the 4 were none-malignant tumor serum (TN),but the 11 were malignant tumor serum (FN).Conclusion Detecting content of TSGF by 721 spectrophotometer is highly specific(100%) and sensitive (89%) and in malignant tumor serum.So we can say the test is simple,reliable,economic and can be widely and routinely used in ordinary laboratory.
