摘　　要：外商直接投资在促进我国经济增长的同时也带来了国内企业管理权失控、外商对市场的垄断以及本国经济对国外技术的严重依附等诸多的风险问题。这些问题的存在会加大我国经济成长的不稳定性。为了保证新时期我国引进外资的正常发展,目前必须在政策和法律方面采取各种切实可行的措施来对这些风险加以防范和纠正。Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has promoted China's economic growth, but it also creates such risks and problems as the lost control on the domestic enterprises, the foreign firms monopoly on the market and heavy technological dependence on foreign countries, all of which will aggravate the instability of China' s economy. In order to ensure the smooth progress of FDI in China during the new period, feasible measures in both policies and laws must be taken presently against those risks.
