摘　　要：总结和评价了世界上包括美国、欧盟、日本、印度等在内的一些国家和地区发展信息产业所采取的政策和措施及其实施效果,提出我国应借鉴其他国家的做法,采取切实有效的对策,加快信息产业的发展。This paper sums up and evaluates the policies and measures of developing information industry adopted by some countries and regions in the world including America, European Union, Japan, India, etc., and points out that our country should use the experiences of other countries for reference and adopt practicable and effective countermeasures for accelerating the development of information industry.
