肺康方对肺气肿并肺动脉高压金黄地鼠右心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肺康方对肺气肿肺动脉高压金黄地鼠右心功能的影响。方法将40只金黄地鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中药组和西药组,采用烟熏结合气管内注入弹性蛋白酶的方法造模,中药组和西药组于造模后分别给予肺康煎剂和心痛定,30d后测量各组的肺动脉压、IC-R和ID-R。结果中药组和西药组肺动脉压比模型组显著降低,模型组和西药组IC-R和ID-R比正常组明显降低,中药组IC-R和ID-R比模型组增高。结论肺康方可以改善右心功能,降低肺动脉高压。Objective To investigate the effect of Feikang Recipe on the function of right heart of hamster with emphysema complicating pulmonary hypertension. Methods 40 hamsters were randomly divided into four groups:normal group, model group, Chinese medicine group and west medicine group. The model was made by the method of passive smoke inhalation combined with intratracheal injection with elastase. Chinese medicine group was treated with Feikang decoction and west medicine group with nifedipine. Mean pulmonary artery pressure (MPAP), IC-R and ID-R were examined after 30 days. Results Compared with model group, the MPAP of Chinese medicine group and west medicine group is significantly lower, IC-R and ID-R of model group and west medicine group are significantly lower in comparision with that of normal group. Chinese medicine group, however, IC-R and ID-R are significantly higher than that of model group. Conclusion Feikang Recipe can improve the function of right heart and lower pulmonary hypertension.
