摘 要:采用4种钾浓度营养液培养番红花(CrocussativasL.)的结果表明,随着施钾水平的提高,叶片中的钾含量、叶绿素含量、ATP相对含量及叶片净光合速率也相应提高,使叶片作为"代谢源"的能力加强;同时,随着施钾水平提高,新球茎富集钾的能力、可溶性糖的含量、Vc含量和蛋白质含量也增加,使新球茎作为"代谢库"的功能也增强。本文还探讨了钾元素通过加强"源"和"库"的功能来提高番红花球茎膨大速率的机理,为番红花的进一步研究与利用提供了依据。The culture solution of four different potassium(K) concentration were studied on grow of saffron(Crocus sativas L.) The result showed that K content and chlorophyll content, relative ATP content, net photosynthetic rate in leaves increased with improving K concentration, which enhanced the function of leaves to be metabolic source. On the other hand, the ability of the absorbing K, soluble sugars content, vitamin C(Vc) content as well as protein content in new-born corms were increased with increasing K concentration, which also strengthened the function of new-born corms to be metabolic sink. This article explored the mechanism that K could promote the new-born corms growth rate of saffron through strengthening the function of 'source' and 'sink'. These provide the new data for further study and utilization of saffron.
