摘　　要：本文从重庆文化发展的总体状况出发,分析了移民文化、山地文化、码头文化、重理轻文观念以及战时—政治文化对重庆经济社会发展的相互作用,并就如何建设先进的新型文化作了尝试性的探索。Starting from the general state of development of Chongqing culture,this paper analyzes the culture factors which restrict Chongqing economic and social development. These factors are migrantion culture, mountain culture, dock culture, war-politics culture, and the idea of attaching science and despising liberal art. At last, it puts forward the suggestions on how to construct the advanced and newly culture.
