摘　　要：概述了用双螺杆挤出机试制导电塑料母料的工艺过程,并就成型温度、进料速度、停留时间等因素,对导电塑料母料导电性的影响进行了讨论。用黄铜纤维复合的导电塑料母料的体积电阻率可达到20×10^(-3)Ω·cm。This paper deals with processing master batch for electrical conductive plastics by twin-screw extruder and discusses the effect of factors such as processing temperature, feed rate and residence time on the conductivity of the master batch The volume resistance of master batch composed with brass fiber can be reached 2.0×10^(-3) Ω·cm.
