摘　　要：廖仲恺作为坚定的国民党左派人士 ,坚决执行孙中山的三大政策。他认为中国经济问题的解决 ,有赖于政治问题的解决 ,提倡发展实业 ,增强资本。主张平等地进行国际贸易 ,学习外国的技术和经验 ,阐述了资本积累与扩大再生产的关系等一系列重要的经济思想。Liao Zhongkai resolutely supported three polices of Sun Zhongshan as a firm member of the Left of nationalist Party. He believed that the resolution of the Chinese problem depended on the resolution of political problem, encouraged to develop industry and commerce and strengthen capital. He maintained to equally carry out international trade, and study the technology and experience of foreign, and set forth a series of important economy thoughts about the relation of expansion of production and accumulation of capital.
