摘　　要：物权中也有相对性 ,物权相对性产生于物权与债权的相互关系及物权自身在社会经济生活中的发展变化。一些财产权既非物权亦非债权 ,此由物权中的相对性而产生。认识和探究物权中的相对性在民法研究和立法上都非常重要。Real right also owns relativity ,which happens because of relationship between real right and credit right and of real right's development and change in social economic existence .Some belongings rights belong to neither real right nor credit right ,which base on relativity in real right .It is great significant to know and explore relativity in real right to research and legislation in civil law.
