重庆固定资产投资与经济发展的纵向比较分析

摘　　要：改革开放以来 ,重庆市产业投资发展迅速 ,投资结构日趋合理 ,投资主体也更多元化。但仍然存在不少问题 :社会有效需求不明显 ,投资效益持续下降。据此从分析投资与经济增长以及经济结构调整的关系出发 ,通过对比投资经济效益指标来发现问题 ,认为政府有必要加强对投资的宏观调控 :加大投资力度 ,提高利用外资的水平 ,扩大国际经济技术合作 ,提高投资的整体收益。After the reforming and opening to the outside world, the investments in Chongqing's industry grows fast and steady, with an increasingly reasonable structure and more diversified funds. But there remain quite a lot problems, such as the vague social demands and the dropping investment benefits. By analyzing the relation among investment, economy development and economic structure, and comparing the indexes of investment benefits, the author believes it is necessary for the government to strengthen such macro regulation on investment as attracting and utilizing foreign funds, broadening international cooperation on economy and technology, and raising the overall benefits of foreign investments.
