摘　　要：发展民间金融 ,扩大民营企业的融资渠道 ,不仅是扩大民间投资 ,增加就业的需要 ,更是进一步完善金融市场和金融体制、促进中国经济进一步健康发展的需要。但同时需要加强监管 。To develop the non governmental finance and to enlarge the financing channels for non governmental enterprises, can attract more non governmental investments and provide more opportunity for employment. Most important of all, this measure can further perfect the financing markets and financing system, and accelerate the development of Chinese economy. But the paper also warns that in this process, supervision should be tighten and corresponding precautions should be taken.
