摘　　要：评述了凯恩斯主义财政政策的局限性以及法国政府的财政政策实践 ,指出法国经济只有克服了“赤字—债务”的恶性循环 ,实现财政健康化 ,才能重振长期增长 ,同时指出拉法兰政府的财政政策将面临严峻考验。This paper comments on the limit of keynesianist budgetary policy and the French government's practices in budgetary policy. It points out the necessity for the French economy to overcome the vicious cycle of 'deficit-debt' and to realize the good health public finance in order to restart its growth in long term, and also points out that the Raffarin government's budgetary policy will face rough tests.
