摘　　要：从运用和应用层次上 ,讨论了综合集成方法、总体部以及系统工程三者之间的关系 ,重点说明了综合集成方法的运用与系统工程的应用 ,都必须有总体部这样的研究实体 ,综合集成方法和总体部可以面向实际问题 ,也可以面向理论问题 ,特别是面向那些交叉性、综合性强的问题 ,如复杂性和复杂系统以及复杂巨系统问题。This paper discusses the relationship of Meta-syntheses, Department of Integrative System Design (DISD) and system engineering from the application view. It is emphasized that the DISD is both needed in the application of Meta-syntheses and system engineering. Meta-syntheses and DISD could be used to deal with practical issues as well as theoretical issues, especially highly synthetic issues and the issues across different fields, such as complexity, complex systems and complex huge systems.
