摘 要:通过对空冷器管箱焊接方法的研究和比较,采用新的焊接工艺,即自动CO2气体保护焊,替代原来的自动埋弧焊.为了保证空冷器管箱的工艺要求及焊缝质量,对自动CO2气体保护焊工艺进行了相应的改进,设计了配套的工艺装备,如支撑机构、行走小车及操作平台等,为提高管箱焊缝质量提供了必要的保证,方便了工作参数调整及设定.经焊接工艺实验及生产实践,取得了令人满意的结果,开拓了CO2气体保护焊在石化行业的应用.By researching and comparing with the welding method of air cooling header , automatic CO2 gas shielded arc welding can be replaced by automatic submerged arc welding . For assuring welding quality of air cooler head and the technology requirement , the welding technology was reformed and the technical equipment was designed for matching using , such as supporting mechanism , moving pulley and operation deck . These are essential security for advancing welding quality of the head and adjusting working parameter.The result is satisfactory for welding technology test and product practice .It developed the use of CO2 gas shielded arc welding in the field of petrochemical industry
