摘　　要：研究一个国家特别是大国的外交 ,必须联系该国的政治传统、价值观念 ,以至于广义上的文化来进行考察。日本文化模式的价值精神赋予了日本特定的民族性格和文化心理 ,他们共同影响着日本的外交。本文对战后日美关系的文化因素进行了浅显的尝试性的分析 ,集中阐述了美军占领时期日本的“无常”表现、提升“自主”权益中的日本富国意识因素、维持日美“基轴”关系与对美“说不”The research into the diplomacy of a country, especially of an important power, should be based on its political tradition, its view of value and even the culture in broad sense. The view of value and national spirit of Japanese culture endows Japan with unique national characteristics and cultural psychology, which in turn exert great influence on Japanese diplomacy. Based on the primary analysis of the cultural factors in postwar relationship between Japan and America, the paper analyses the fugacious actions of Japan while being occupied by America, the sense of being a rich country in the time of exacting the “self determination” rights and interests in Japan, the cultural motives and factors in maintaining the basic and normal relation with America and saying “NO” to America.
