摘  要:采用程序升温和高纯氢气还原无定型磷钨酸盐与载体γ-Al2O3机械混合物的方法,制备了活性组分为磷化钨、负载量分别为20%、25%、30%和35%的新型磷化钨催化剂,并对其噻吩加氢脱硫反应活性进行考察.实验结果表明,负载磷化钨催化剂的噻吩加氢脱硫率明显高于非负载磷化钨催化剂;不同负载磷化钨催化剂还原反应均为放热反应,且发生还原反应生成活性组分磷化钨的最低温度大于610℃.对于噻吩加氢脱硫反应,WP1活性较高,WP4活性较低,在340℃时分别为85.23%和67.93%.催化剂WP1具有较好的稳定性.A novel catalysts with active component of tungsten phosphide were prepared from the mixture of support γ-Al\-2_3 and tungsten phosphate as precursor, and characterized by means of temperature-programmed reduction in highly-pure flowing hydrogen. The HDS activity of thiophene over the different loaded catalysts was examined. The result revealed that loaded tungsten phosphide catalysts had more higher activiyty than that of mone loaded catalyst. Different loaded tungsten phosphide catalysts in-suit reduced reaction were exothermal reaction and initiation reaction temperature was high 610 ℃ . For all the catalysts, WP1 had higher activity and WP4 had lower activity. They gave 85.23% and 67.93% HDS ratio at the temperature 340 ℃, respectively. WP1 had better catalytic stability.
