体力劳动和疲劳时某些生理生化参数的变化

摘  要:受试对象为36名男青年(平均年龄20.8岁).在不同强度劳动中,HR、■、■、V_T与劳动强度%■o_2max呈正相关;疲劳出现时间与HR、■、■及%■o_2max呈负相关.当受试者劳动至疲劳时,尿K^+增加值和尿Na^+减少值与劳动强度呈线性负相关;尿蛋白和马尿酸的增加值与劳动强度呈线性正相关;唾液K^+、Na^+、尿肌酐增加值和尿pH降低值与劳动强度呈二次抛物线相关;BLa(血乳酸)与劳动强度呈双曲线相关.二次抛物线的最大最小值和双曲线的明显"转折点"所对应的劳动强度约为68~70%■o_2max.提示这些指标对劳动强度及疲劳的评价有一定意义.Thirty six soldiers (age:20.8±1.4yrs) perfomed graded exercises on a bicycle ergometer in this study.The physiological and biochemical parameters were determined when the subject felt fatigue or the exercise was stopped on prescribed time.The work rate (%■o_(2max)) was found to be positively correlated to the heart rate (HR),cardiac output ■,pulmonary ventilation ■,and tidal volume (V_T).It was found that %■o_(2max) was negatively and linearly correlated to the K^+ increase and Na^+ decrease in urine,and positively and linearly correlated to the protein and hippuric acid increase in urine.The time to fatigue was negatively correlated to the HR,?,?,and %?o_(2max).The work rate (%?o_(2max))has quadratic parabolic correlations with the K^+ and Na^+ increase in saliva,and creatinine increase and pH decline in urine,while,it has a hyperbola correlation with the blood lactate.The work rates corresponded to the maximum or minimum values of the quadratic parabolas and the turning point of the hyperbola was corresponding to about 68-70% of the ?o_(2max).The results suggest that the indices mentioned above are of significance for estimating the work intensity and fatigue.
