摘　　要：文章总结了我国2000年预防保健战略目标的实施状况。借鉴上海市静安区健康城市建设经验,学习美国健康目标,联合国千年峰会和WHO健康城市的目标与指标。对我国小康社会健康目标从社会经济、环境健康、卫生服务和健康状况四个方面提出相应指标。This paper studied the implementation of the ' Health objectives on Prevention and Promotion by the year 2000 in China. Some indicators were suggested for setting up the health objectives in a well-off society in terms of social economy, environmental health, health care and heath status.
