摘  要:用人表皮细胞的HGPRT基因位点测试,从放射自显影计数法,改为液体闪烁法测定。两法比较。结果呈正相关,r=0.98。用改进法检验了一些环境污染物对V_(79)细胞的诱变性。结果提示卷烟焦油具有直接的诱变作用,厨房油烟冷凝物为间接诱变物,大气飘尘和铅的诱变性尚难肯定。A modified mammalian cells locus mutation assay was used to demonstrate the HGPRT mutation in human keratinocytes exposed to lead in vitro. Liquidscintillation spectrometry and autoradiographic methods were studied. The relationship between the two methods showed a positive correlation (r=0.98). The results showed that tobacco tar possessed a direct acting mutagenicity to mammalian cells. Cooking oil fume condensates were indirectly and slightly mutagenic. The mutagenicity of lead and atmospheric suspended particulates are not yet determined.
