进口刨煤机推移千斤顶测控杆的检测与故障分析

摘　　要：推移千斤顶是进口刨煤机在薄煤层开采过程中实现自动化控制的关键部件 ,使用它可以实现自动化升架、降架、推溜、拉架以及控制刨刀的进刀量。随着刨煤机的使用推移千斤顶在使用中出现了测控杆测量不准确的现象 ,针对这一现象本文介绍了推移千斤顶测控杆的结构、工作原理。Advancing ram is one of the key-component of the fully automatic control system of imported plough mining in thin seam, by means of which can realize automaticaly prop setting,prop lowering,AFC pushing and shield advancing as well as control the moving increment of the plow.In the course of using,appear a phenomenon of the measure of the measuring rodis not accurate.Direct to this phenomenon,introduce the structure,principle,exanination means and usual trouble of the measuring control rod of the advancing jack.
