恩施州水电调度对策的研究

摘　　要：　恩施州电网网络结构相对薄弱,水电富余电力外送受到限制,水电每年均有大量弃水;加之州内径流式电站在总装机容量中比重较大,较少的几个有蓄水能力的电站水库库容也不大,调峰能力和调峰容量均很有限,水电调度难度较大。针对恩施州电网水电调度的实际情况,提出了相应对策。Owing to the relative weak network,the transmission capacity of Enshi state power sys- tem is limited and large amountof water has to be discarded during the rainy season every year.The worse case isthatthe hydro- powerplantwithoutstorage capability accountshigh proportion in the to- tal power capacity,therefore,the capability of peak- load regulation is very low and it imposes much diffculty on the hydro- power dispatching Based on the comprehensive analysis on the practical situa- tion,the resolving measures forhydro- power dispatching were putforward.
