建湖县疟疾防治对策的实施与效果评价

摘　　要：本文报道了建湖县自1975年列入苏、鲁、豫、皖、鄂5省疟疾联防,实施统一的“两全、两治”疟疾防制对策以来,疟疾发病率由1973年的1993.71/万。下降到1988年的0.10/万,比实施防制对策前下降了99.99%,尚且有72.2%的乡镇实现了无疟乡镇,1989年经5省疟疾联防区考核,达到了卫生部规定《控制疟疾标准》的要求。Since combined efforts in preventing malaria in Jianhu, Anhui, Shandong, Henan, andHubei provinces were begun in 1975, Jianhu county, as a part of this study program, experienced a significant drop in the incidence, of malaria from 71 per ten thousand in 1973 to 0.10per ten thousand in 1988, and 72.2% of villagos and towns were malaria free. These satisfying results are in agreement with the Chinese Criteria for Controlling Malaria which has beendrawn up by Ministry of Health in China.
