摘 要:选用总状毛霉和根霉两种真菌作研究对象,结合从虾蟹壳中用酸碱法提取甲壳质的方法,根据实验材料的具体情况,进行了一系列的修改、补充,经培养、酸浸、碱煮、过滤、沉淀等流程获得了壳聚糖,得出一条适合于从丝状真菌中提取壳聚糖的新途径。且实验证明:总状毛霉比根霉的产率高。Mucor racemosus and rhizopus oryzae were chosen as the research materials in the experiment. The method of refining chitosan from the shells of shrimps and crabs by way of acid-alkali after lots of modifications and supplements was applied. Chitosan was obtained after series of technological processes such as culture, acid-soaking, alkali-boiling, filtering, sediment and so on. A new pathway refining chitosan from the filamentous fungi was discovered. The experiment also demonstrates that mucor racemosus is higher than rhizopus oryzae in productivity.
